Bare Necessities Beauty Salon is owned by Claire Bishop, an experienced qualified Beauty Therapist.

After many years working in an office environment, Claire decided that a change of career was needed      and decided to follow her passion and commenced training in Beauty Therapy in January 2006, obtaining     her first qualification in October 2006.  Since then Claire has attended numerous beauty courses to increase both her level of skill and the range of treatments offered.

Claire commenced trading as Bare Necessities in April 2007 in the West Hill area of Portishead.                        In April 2009 she was offered the opportunity of leasing a beauty salon within the newly developed Village Quarter area of Portishead, close to the Marina.  The salon is located within Waverley Court, Phoenix Way, Village Quarter, Portishead BS20 7NY.

Due to an increase in demand for appointments, from August 2011 Becky Lennon will be assisting Claire in providing beauty treatments to both existing and new clients.  Becky commenced her beauty training in September 2009 and obtained NVQ Level 2 in May 2010, she continued with her training and obtained NVQ Level 3 in May 2011.
